I have been procrastinating for a while and finally have made up my mind when to go back to Australia to complete my master degree.
I will be leaving Toronto in a week’s time. I will stop over in Hong Kong for a few days to meet some close friends, then continuing on to Malaysia to spend some time with my family. After that I will fly back to Australia. Apart from completing my studies, I have also be back working as a relieving pharmacist to earn some money (finally!).
For the last few months, I have all the time I want to study for my Chinese Medicine course, but was always distracted by other interests such as this blog, arts and crafts classes, going out and general entertainment. I am now a little bit worried because I haven’t studies much. I hate this “last minute” bad habit ! Well, just have to work harder now!
After completing my studies and settling everything in Melbourne, I will return to Malaysia again for a short visit, then back to Toronto after. I guess by then I have circled half the globe a couple of times. Though I am looking forward to see family and friends, I am not looking forward to the 17-hour flight. I have brought some novels to read on the plane, but probably end up watching movies during the flight. While all this traveling sound exotic, I am spending too much money on these air tickets !
So dear family and friends, I will see you all soon, whichever continent you are on.

很佩服你有那種掉下一切然後去做別的事情的勇氣, 不是人人可以做到的, 代價就是你現在口袋空空吧, 嘻嘻

亲爱的可欣同学:

Wow !! My dear !! I am so happy to see you here !! It gives me a such nice surprise and at first was wondering if you are the friend of mine in Melbourne who has a very similar name to yours, hers is Chin Lan.
剑兰, where are you now – I mean in KL or Penang ? I would love to catch up with you when I come back ! How’s your little girl ?
It is interesting how this blog somehow has helped me to keep in touch with so many friends from around the world. I am glad to know that you enjoy reading. It gives me the energy to continue writing for friend like you !

It has been a long time.
Yes i’m still living and working in penang – but commute quite a bit between pngKL on weekends and holidays.
My girl Hailey is 1+ year old now. She’s a handful but also load of good fun. I hope she can meet with you one day – mommy’s best friend from school days once upon a time … WOW
I read your blog almost every morning over coffee in my little office cubicle. Sometimes even in the middle of some boring meetings, shhh … haha.. It’s amazing how technology is allowing us to keep up that way huh …
I started to blog a little lately, whenever i can find time out of the crazy routines. But at the moment i mainly blab about the little one only. (http://clokey.multiply.com/)
Oh ! I am so happy to have contacts with you again !!
I still remember vividly the last time I met you was during the Chong Hwa 10th anniversary gathering, you were pregnant then. Times fly, Hailey is already 1+. yeah ! Would love to see her if there is a chance in Malaysia. I went to you blog and saw her there. She is so cute !! You look so motherly too ! So happy for you !
Hee hee…the world is ‘stranger’ now compare to our old times. Sometimes, I am a bit confused with my virtual world and my reality which are so intertwined now
I sincerely hope that by keeping in touch this way will nurture our long lost frienship
