星期天中午，与几位朋友出来饮茶(即吃点心）。饮茶时，朋友们提到奥斯卡颁奖典礼。决定晚上时一起看。在北美，奥斯卡是大件事。电视有直播。 我很期待，因为喜欢电影。加上，在澳洲因时差，都没看过直播。
在饮茶完，我们去一间我们很喜欢的咖啡店喝咖啡。

On Sunday afternoon, we went to a Chinese restaurant with a few friends for dim sum lunch.
The Oscar would be showing live that night, we wanted to watch it together.
In North America, Oscar is a major event. I was really looking forward to watch it live because never had a chance in Australia due to the different timezones.
After lunch, we went to a coffee shop we like for coffee.
This was my Oscar afternoon…
